Terms and Conditions of Celtic Barks Ltd - Staffie Behaviour Specialists
Booking & Rebooking Policy
At Celtic Barks, we understand that life happens — and sometimes you may need to
reschedule your call. We don’t charge for your initial booking, but to respect everyone’s time and keep things running smoothly, we’ve introduced the following policy:
If you miss your scheduled call or cancel with less than one hour’s notice, a £20
rebooking fee will apply.
This £20 fee is fully refundable once you attend your rescheduled call.
If you do not attend the rescheduled call or cancel again with less than one hour’s notice,
the fee will not be refunded.
This small measure helps us reduce last-minute cancellations and ensures we can offer
appointment times to other owners who are waiting for support.
Thank you for understanding and for valuing our trainers’ time — we’re excited to help you
and your Staffie continue your training journey!
