Our Returns Policy

Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if you are not, we're here to help.


Return Eligibility

You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. The return address is - 2 Woodside Walk, Wattsville NP117NZ.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

Return Process

   1    Contact us at info@celticbarks.com within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorisation and state if you would like a refund or exchange.

   2    All returned items must be shipped back to us at your own expense. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

   3    We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be credited back to your original payment method. Note that shipping costs are not refundable.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with the exchange.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@celticbarks.com. We will provide a replacement or full refund, and return shipping will be covered at no additional cost to you.
